Fall Event September 30th 2018
This year's Reunion will be at Jackson's Mill in Weston, WV. This event will run from noon on August 3 to noon on August 4 and the cost of the event is $45 which MUST be paid prior to the event. If you cannot stay the entire night, you must submit a request to the Alumni Board explaining why you have to leave early and it must be approved before you can do so. If the registration fee is not received by July 29th and you have not made prior arrangements with the Alumni Board, your spot for the event will be canceled. YOU CAN NO LONGER PAY AT THE EVENT unless previously arranged with David Love or Maria Miller. We will be staying in the cabins, so bedding IS needed. You will need to pack casual clothing, toiletries, and anything else that you might need for the night. We have tons of games, but if there is any specific game you want to bring, feel free to! Just make sure that all games and clothing are HOBY appropriate because the same rules and regulations from the HOBY Leadership Seminar apply. Finally, if you are over the age of 18, you must have a background check conducted prior to the event unless you have had a HOBY background check within the last year. Once you register for the event, I will email you the form you must fill out for your background check (it is really simple so no worries!).
Forms are due by July 22 online. Everyone that is attending must fill out these forms!
If you will be arriving late to Reunion for any reason, you must email prior to the event!
